The simplest possible start
One question. One number. One dramatic flight.
Each round asks a familiar numeric question about sport, geography, animals, the human body, time, science, history or everyday life. Type any number—every entry is accepted without an error or retry prompt.
The question disappears before the result. The plane climbs, descends or crashes first; only after that animation does Plain Game reveal the correct answer. An exact match earns the special 20,000 m, 10-second JACKPOT flight.

Controlled randomness
Exact earns the jackpot. The opening protects the player.
If your number is exactly correct, the plane climbs a fixed 20,000 metres over a full 10-second celebration. The first non-exact answer always receives a small climb. Questions two through five use about 70% climb and 30% descent, with no crash allowed.
Questions six and seven use about 15% climb, 10% descent and 75% crash. After two consecutive descents, the next non-exact answer is forced upward. Ordinary animations usually last 1.6–5 seconds; about one in ten lasts 7–9 seconds.

Why the plane matters
The flight is the result, not a decoration.
After every submission, the question card disappears. The plane accelerates, tilts and moves through clouds and speed lines while the altitude changes in real time. Larger random distances create longer animation runs.
An exact answer produces the longest celebration: a gold aircraft, JACKPOT badge and 20,000 m climb over 10 seconds. A crash uses a separate red stall sequence, steep dive, explosion and flight-over screen.

A large familiar question pool
Seven questions per flight, 215 questions in reserve.
The pool spans time, sport, geography, science, the human body, animals, everyday numbers, history and popular culture. The questions are designed to be familiar enough to answer or at least guess.
A daily seeded shuffle and browser cursor divide the pool into seven-question flights. Consecutive games can show 210 questions before an immediate repeat, so replaying does not mean seeing the same first seven prompts.

Feedback after the spectacle
First watch the plane. Then learn the fact.
The result card records the random climb or descent, animation time, your entered number and the correct value. The outcome does not pretend to measure closeness unless the answer is exactly right.
Every reveal also includes one short fact. Even when the random result is dramatic, the player leaves the round with a clear reference number for the future.

Simple play, useful learning
Enter what you know, then enjoy the flight.
- Read the unit before answering: years, metres, kilograms and percentages need different mental anchors.
- If you know the exact value, use it—the stable reward is a 20,000 m, 10-second JACKPOT.
- If you do not know, enter any estimate. It will never be rejected.
- The first five questions cannot crash, and the game prevents three consecutive descents.
- Remember the correct value revealed after the animation; it may return only after many other questions.

Made for the browser you already have
Play comfortably with touch or keyboard.
On desktop, type any number and press Enter. On mobile, tap the field, enter a number and submit. The outer page includes Focus and Fullscreen controls so the aircraft animation can take the space it needs without forcing an app install.
Progress and the rotating question cursor are local to the browser. There is no account gate, no purchase screen and no competitive lobby between you and the first round.

The delightful part you take with you
You finish with more reference numbers than you started with.
A height, year, count or distance becomes easier to remember after it changed the path of a plane. The pool connects everyday facts such as hours in a day with larger scales such as Everest, the Moon and the Mariana Trench.
That learning never needs to feel like homework. It arrives inside a seven-question flight wrapped in suspense, movement, random outcomes and the possibility of a spectacular exact-answer JACKPOT.
Questions before takeoff
Plain Game FAQ
Do I need to know exact facts?
No. Every number is accepted. Only an exact value guarantees the 20,000 m JACKPOT; controlled random outcomes keep the opening friendly and the later flight unpredictable.
How many rounds are in a flight?
A complete flight has seven questions. One round is golden and doubles an ordinary random climb or descent; an exact JACKPOT stays fixed at 20,000 m.
Why does the plane move?
An exact number triggers a 20,000 m JACKPOT flight. Other numbers use controlled random climbs and descents; crashes are disabled for the first five questions and become possible only near the end.
Can a number be rejected?
No. Every entry is accepted immediately. A non-numeric or empty entry simply counts as a non-exact answer and receives the same random flight outcome system.
Can I play on a phone?
Yes. The game frame adapts to phones, tablets and desktop browsers. Tap the input, enter any number, and use the fullscreen button when you want more room.
Is Plain Game free?
Yes. The current game is free to play and does not require an account or purchase.
